Hi I'm Lisa Johnston, a psychotherapist based in Dublin. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when anxiety takes over or when unresolved pain from the past affects your present. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, uncover patterns holding you back and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationships or trauma, I'm here to support you.

I am accredited with IACP and ​​​​​I work using a mix of psychodynamic, existential, somatic and humanistic approaches, and tailor my approach to meet your developing needs.
